Job Description

SUMMARY:

Our client, a renowned international architecture studio, is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to contribute to high-rise and mixed-use projects around the world. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful, forward-thinking architecture at a global scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Architectural Designer will contribute to all phases of the design and documentation process, including:

  • Schematic Design (SD)
  • Design Development (DD)
  • Construction Documentation (CD)
  • Construction Administration (CA)
  • Participation in international design competitions

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture
  • 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong conceptual design and graphic skills
  • Solid technical production skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Adaptability and versatility—comfortable shifting projects and assignments
  • Must have experience with ground up, shell and core projects, in addition to interiors
  • Software Proficiency Required: Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite

WHY APPLY:

This is more than just a job—it's a chance to diversify your experience, expand your skills, and gain stability in an economically uncertain market.

1. Project and Geographic Diversity

Tired of being siloed in one project type? This firm offers a broad portfolio—office, hotel, multifamily, institutional, and mixed-use. Also, with active projects across North America and internationally, the firm is also better insulated from regional economic shifts, offering greater long-term stability.

2. Versatility and Growth

Here, designers are involved in all phases of the project, from early concept through construction administration. If you’ve been stuck doing only one thing—like documentation—this is your opportunity to grow into a more well-rounded architect and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of design.

3. Strategic Timing

If your current firm is facing economic headwinds or limited opportunities, now is the time to explore a more resilient and forward-looking environment—before you're forced to. This role offers both creative fulfillment and professional security.
