Heart & Hands Midwifery & Family Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife to deliver holistic, evidence-based care to our diverse patient population.This role is ideal for a clinician who values collaborative practice, patient autonomy, and whole-person care. Youll work alongside an experienced team in a supportive and mission-driven environment.Youll be supported by:4 Certified Nurse Midwives (CNMs)2 Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs)1 Physician Assistant (PA)Compassionate support staff and community doulasKey ResponsibilitiesProvide full-spectrum midwifery care: prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic servicesConduct gynecological exams and family planning counselingCollaborate with physicians, MFMs, and other healthcare professionalsParticipate in births, including hospital transfers and first assist in cesarean sectionsMaintain accurate and timely documentationStay up-to-date on advancements in midwifery careKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesExperience in labor and delivery (hospital and/or birth center)Proficient in documentation, coding, and prenatal assessmentsExperience or interest in LGBTQIA+ inclusive careAbility to manage emergencies and transitions of careFamiliarity with sonography and NICU protocols a plusExperience, Education and CredentialsCNM certification by AMCBRN and APRN licensure in Montana (or eligibility)1+ year CNM experience preferred; strong new grads encouraged to applyCommitment to equity, cultural humility, and patient-led careWhat We Believe We believe birth is a sacred experience.
