Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of modular bathroom projects from concept through delivery. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, liaising with clients and contractors, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage modular bathroom projects from initiation to completion
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, general contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and installation timelines
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards and codes
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders and provide updates on project status
• Manage risk assessments, change orders, and resolve project-related issues promptly
• Support continuous improvement efforts in project delivery and operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 3–5+ years of project management experience in construction, manufacturing, or modular building
• PMP certification is a plus
• Familiarity with modular construction techniques or prefabrication is highly desirable
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities as needed
