Project Details
We are hiring a Customer Care Representative for our client. This role involves assisting patients and members by phone, email, or chat-answering questions, resolving issues, scheduling services, and providing information about the hospitals, medical groups, urgent care centers, and health plan. The ideal candidate is compassionate, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential. Basic computer and writing skills
Understanding of health maintenance organizations and customer satisfaction standards
Medical Office Certification preferred
Familiarity with EPIC and Talkdesk is a plus
Minimum 6 months call center experience! must be in a call center! the more health call center experience the better
Basic computer and writing proficiency
Experience with HIPAA, Medicare, and fast-paced environments (handling 60-80 calls/day)
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Shifts:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
OR 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
