Job Description Minimum 7+ years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM 2011, 2013/2015, SAP, Siebel, or Salesforce is required.

• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation, focusing on presales/business development and engagement delivery. Strong understanding of MS CRM concepts, business processes, and functionalities.
• Knowledge of Scribe and IFD. Proven experience in presales activities, including Proof of Concepts, demos, presentations, and client engagement at the C-Level.
• Ability to envision, architect, and promote CRM/xRM solutions to prospects and clients.
• Experience in selling consulting engagements, including estimating, scoping, and preparing statements of work that set clear expectations and mitigate risks.
• Ability to articulate architectural differences between solution methods and challenges in integrating solutions across different platforms, with a working knowledge of architectural frameworks used by clients.
• Capable of handling both high-level architectural reviews and hands-on project delivery phases of CRM/xRM implementations.
• Familiarity with specialized tools, solutions, or ISV solutions is advantageous. Experience with Microsoft Sure Step for project management is preferred.
• System architecture knowledge and MS Dynamics CRM certification are preferred.
• Experience with upgrade and migration projects.
• Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
