Restaurant General Manager Fast Food $50,000-$60,000+Bonus

TALENTED FAST-FOOD RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER WANTED!

We are seeking an experienced and talented Fast Food Restaurant General Manager for our confidential client in the area. You will be leading a team, serving guests in a high-volume, fast paced environment providing guests with high quality food, fast friendly service, and clean hospitable surroundings.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all food production
• Oversee guest service and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel and service team
• Ensure that staff schedules meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager ​ Qualifications:

• 2 or more years of successful Restaurant General Manager experience in Fast Food or QSR with a Drive-Thru
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• P&L knowledge and management skills
• Skilled at Training and People Development
