Our client, a leading provider in the technology sector, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while representing the company in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer service, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Location: Arizona

Pay Range: $31-34/hr Based on experience

What's the Job?

• Installation and machine maintenance, including diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of various machines at customer sites.
• Perform service calls at customer sites to correct problems involving company products, diagnosing and resolving issues.
• Provide technical support to other service representatives and customers.
• Ensure prompt preparation and completion of service and expense reporting related to assigned duties.
• Assembly, disassembly, leveling, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical issues.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Mechanical, electrical, computer, and software experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for control systems.
