Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Patient Services Assistant / Call Center Rep to join their team. As a Patient Services Assistant, you will be part of the Patient Services Department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patient Services Assistant / Call Center Rep

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour - WEEKLY PAY!

What's the Job?

• Scheduling appointments by phone
• Registering patients and taking patient messages
• Processing prescription requests
• Assisting in managing the referral work queue load
• Meeting performance expectations on calls and referrals per day

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED (higher education a plus)
• Minimum of 2 years of clerical, administrative, or front-desk experience
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Call Center experience is required for call center openings.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be available to work between 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday-Friday (some opportunities require Saturdays)
• Ability to comply with Michigan Medicine immunization requirements (including flu)
