Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Phlebotomist, referred to as a Medical Assistant, who will play a vital role in enhancing the patient experience. This position involves working closely with physicians to provide exceptional care, engaging with patients daily, and being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and obtaining vitals.
• Performing phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining patient charts.
• Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Assisting physicians during procedures such as saline sonograms and IUIs.

Work Environment The position is based in Portland, OR, with a Monday through Friday schedule (5x8) and start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Weekend rotation is required once or twice a month, and holiday rotation is required a few times a year. The work environment includes a traditional clinic with patient examination rooms, an ambulatory surgery center, and an embryology/IVF lab equipped with state-of-the-art technology. The facility fosters a supportive and innovative atmosphere, prioritizing patient-centric care.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
