Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• People-first culture, be the Mayor of your business
• Mentor and lead your team to meet sales and budget goals
• Grow the business by focusing on execution and food quality
• Accurately forecasting business trends by store
• Meets or exceeds company sales goals and expectations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications and Requirements:

• 2 years or more of salaried General Manager experience in a QSR/Fast Food restaurant
• Drive-thru experience is a must, with the ability to speak on how to improve service times
• Proven track record of resolving disagreements and maintaining a positive work environment
• Must be able to articulate cost control measures as they relate to the profit and loss statement
• Must be a morning person, self-motivated and self-directed
• Exhibit strong communication skills to your team and upper management
• Possess a valid driver's license
