Job Summary: The Social Media Marketing Specialist will develop and implement our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive sales. This role requires a creative and analytical individual passionate about social media. Responsibilities: Develop and manage social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more Create and curate engaging content (images, video, written) consistent with brand voice. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content calendars and scheduling. Monitor and respond to users, cultivating leads and sales. Analyze social media data to optimize content and campaigns. Stay current with social media trends and best practices. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for brand consistency. Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance. Qualifications:: Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, and display advertising campaigns. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns. Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Preferred: Quick Book Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
