Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Work on the strategic transformation alongside Brazilian teams, seeking efficiency and improvement of operational models that drive results. In this sense, you will fully understand/map the current state, perform all gap analysis and diagnoses, and lead the team to bring innovative proposals;
  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and value creation.
  • Coordinate with the Head of the Transformation Office and other senior stakeholders to manage the overall transformation portfolio;
  • Identify, coordinate, and facilitate strategic workshops and high-impact discussions to define solutions and drive decision-making;
  • Guide the development of business cases, financial models, and change management plans;
  • Monitor initiative performance, manage risks, and resolve high-level blockers across workstreams;
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and capability building;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability;
  • Drive the adoption of methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Wave, and hybrid models across initiative;
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and governance standards are met throughout the initiative lifecycle;
  • Prepare and present presentations and executive reports;
  • Seamlessly work with and within cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a consulting company;
  • Financial knowledge;
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (structuring presentations, charts, tables, panels and customized hyperlinks);
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing Waterfall, agile and hybrid projects;
  • Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as: Scrum, Safe or Kanban;
  • Knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies and Design Thinking.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, related field OR any combination of education, training, and experience that will provide the required knowledge skills, and abilities.

Language: Excellent Written/Verbal skills; Portuguese, Spanish & English
