UX Intern Job Responsibilities Assist in Designing Engaging User Interfaces: Contribute to the development of wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for various digital platforms. Support the team in creating and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency across products. Participate in Enhancing User Experiences: Help conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to optimize designs. Collaborate on innovative solutions to improve user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate Across Departments: Work alongside experienced designers, developers, and marketing teams to achieve shared goals. Gain insight into strategic design processes during cross-functional meetings. Learn and Grow in UX Design: Develop skills using tools like Figma and Squarespace through practical experience. Stay curious and up-to-date with emerging trends and practices in UX design. Requirements Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Skills & Attributes: Foundational knowledge of design tools like Figma (experience is a bonus but not required). Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is helpful. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. A collaborative mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for learning about UX design.
