Administrative Assistant (Contract) – Costa Mesa, CA

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Location: On-site in Costa Mesa, CA

Pay Rate: $24–$26/hour (based on experience)

About the Role:

LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support a senior executive at a dynamic organization in Costa Mesa. This is a contract position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to an executive, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage incoming communications and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Assist with project tracking, document organization, and internal communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Support general office operations as needed

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional demeanor and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
